We collect only what we need to fill your order: your email, shipping name and address, the items you order, and the payment transaction on the blockchain.

• We use this information to ship your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Your address is used only to ship your order. It is shared with the shipping carrier and, where needed to fill your order, with our supplier.
• Order and request details are sent to the owner's private alert channel (a private Telegram chat) so we can act on them quickly. For an order, that is the order number, total, payment app, the items, and the ship-to name, city and state (never your email or street address). For a sourcing request, it is the request, your email and your mobile number if you gave one.
• To limit abuse, we store a one-way scrambled code (a salted hash) made from your IP address when you place an order or send a request, never the IP address itself. For sourcing requests we also store your browser's user-agent string (the browser and device type it reports).
• Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We do not link your order details to your wallet publicly.
• Your cart and the private links to your orders ("Your orders") are stored in your own browser on this device. You can remove an order from that list at any time.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used (pages viewed, where a visit came from, device type and approximate region, and whether a sourcing request or checkout was started). Google Analytics sets a cookie in your browser for this. We never send your name, email, address, order or request details to either service, and private order links are blanked before the page address is sent. Google Analytics is set not to use this data for advertising, and we do not run advertising cookies.
• If you send a sourcing request, we keep your email, your mobile number (if you give one) and the request so we can reply.

Text messages

• We text you only if you tick the box to agree, and only about your request and your orders.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
