1. Research use only
All products are sold solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for research purposes, and that no product will be used in or on humans or animals. See our research use policy.
2. Orders and pre-orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Pre-order items show an estimated ship date. If a pre-order has not shipped within 14 days after that date, you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is accepted in USDC (Solana or Base network) and Bitcoin. The amount due in cryptocurrency is shown on your order page; Bitcoin quotes expire after 3 hours. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network; payments sent to the wrong network or address may not be recoverable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, for the US-dollar value of the order at the time of payment, to an address you provide. Opened products cannot be returned. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Lost packages are handled under our shipping policy.
6. No warranty for fitness for a particular use
Products are provided for research as described on the product page and in the batch report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any misuse of products, including any use contrary to these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
